Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Mountlake Terrace, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license; permanent license required for South Carolina assignments
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Adhere to a 32-hour guarantee for holiday weeks
• Complete 13-week, 20-week, or 26-week assignment milestones to qualify for applicable completion bonuses
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the required setting/modality
• Follow dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Adhere to parking guidelines as provided during first-day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Comply with overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
