Location: Tucson, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tucson, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Maintain active state license
• Meet credentialing requirements as part of contract quality assurance
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the required setting/modality
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during orientation
• Follow billing cycle procedures on a weekly basis
• Adhere to overtime policies at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Meet a guaranteed workweek of 40 bill hours
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
