Job Title: SLP
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $61/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a SLP for a temporary assignment in Worcester, MA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a SLP:
• Work 5-8 hour shifts per scheduling requirements
• Meet guaranteed minimum of 35 hours with scheduling up to 40 hours per week
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients
• Float to sister rehabilitation and health care facilities as needed
• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with skilled nursing standards
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current and valid state licensure and required certifications
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Comply with facility dress code and professional conduct requirements
