Job Title: SLP
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 11-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $61/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a SLP for a temporary assignment in Worcester, MA. These positions are 11-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a SLP:
• Work 5-8 hour shifts in a skilled nursing setting
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week with scheduling up to 40 hours per week
• Provide patient care services in a skilled nursing environment
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current required certifications and licensure
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually
• Document patient care accurately using required charting systems
• Comply with facility dress code requirements
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
• Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules
