Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Hillsboro, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with compact license
• Must have been separated from any permanent or PRN position for at least one year before being eligible to work as a traveler
• Previous traveler work history eligibility must be verified prior to submission
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours
• Maintain active state licensure throughout assignment
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA documentation
• Maintain relevant experience in the required specialty setting
• Provide 30-day notice as required per contract terms
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements
• Adhere to overtime billing policies at 1.5 rate when applicable
