Location: Scappoose, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Scappoose, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with a compact license
• Maintain active state licensure throughout the assignment
• Work within the required specialty/setting with relevant experience
• Adhere to a 40-hour guaranteed work week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start
• Comply with overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
