Location: Covington, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Covington, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain an active state license; WA and AK candidates are permitted to work on a Compact License
• Candidates with perm/PRN work history at ATI within the last year are not eligible for submission
• Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must have eligibility verified prior to submission
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week contract term beginning 12/7
• Work a guaranteed 40 hours per week, including holiday weeks at 32 hours
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Operate within a weekly billing cycle
• Provide 30-day notice as required per contract terms
• Adhere to dress code guidelines provided on the first day of assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed
• Meet all credentialing and QA requirements, including relevant experience in the required setting
• Work day shift hours as assigned
