Location: Maple Valley, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Maple Valley, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license (WA and AK Compact License accepted)
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment duration
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week (standard)
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Adhere to day shift schedule
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Follow dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Meet required experience in applicable setting/modality
• Adhere to 30-day notice policy
• Self-report any previous work history (perm, PRN, or travel) at this facility to ensure eligibility for assignment
