Location: San Ramon, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, California. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• Serve assigned county territories including Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, and Yountville
• Meet weekly productivity expectations of at least 27-30 points per week if under guaranteed hours option
• Complete OASIS ReCertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, and related visit types as assigned
• Manage documentation, drive/travel time, visit time, and phone calls to patients and doctors within approved hours
• Be willing to travel outside the assigned service area occasionally to maintain a full caseload
• Provide weekend coverage as required
• See Covid+ and Covid PUI patients as needed
• Maintain current California Occupational Therapist License
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and auto registration
• Comply with all required health and immunization requirements including TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, and Flu (annual)
• Complete required drug screening and physical examination
• Disclose all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
