Job Title: COTA
Location: Watsonville, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a COTA for a temporary assignment in Watsonville, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a COTA:
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Work a 13-week contract assignment
• Maintain a guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Begin assignment as soon as possible upon placement
• Deliver patient care services in accordance with occupational therapy standards and best practices
• Maintain current and valid COTA licensure/certification
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
