Job Title: Home Health
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Schedule: 4:00PM – 4:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Home Health for a temporary assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Home Health:
• Must possess an active State of Hawaii (HI) license by start of assignment
• Perform patient assessments and treatments
• Administer medications as required
• Notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information
• Manage patient admissions and discharges
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Provide Gastrostomy Tube care
• Perform Urinary Catheter care
• Administer Nebulized Treatments
• Provide Wound Vac care
• Manage CPAP care
• Perform Tracheostomy Care
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed
• Work 8-hour varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling; no guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Must arrive the Thursday prior to the assignment start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday
