Job Title: OT
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF) is required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or acute care settings is preferred
• Work 8-hour shifts with a guaranteed work week of 40 hours
• Shift start time may begin as early as 6:30 AM
• Provide inpatient care only
• Maintain valid licensure and certification requirements
• Complete and maintain required health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Submit to criminal background check, OIG search, and other required compliance screenings
• Complete and submit required skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide a minimum of 2 professional references
• Comply with drug screening requirements
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Complete all required onboarding documentation including confirmation of assignment, dispute resolution agreement, and acknowledgement of policy receipt
