Job Title: OT
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Work 8-hour shifts with a start time of 6:30 AM or later
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation (Inpatient Rehab) care exclusively
• Maintain and provide required health documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap records
• Submit a completed skills checklist prior to assignment start
• Provide 2 professional references as required for submission
• Maintain a valid license/certificate as verified during onboarding
• Complete and submit a CHS Profile prior to assignment start
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender screening
• Complete a drug screen as part of the onboarding process
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and acknowledge receipt of policy packet
• Complete and sign Dispute Resolution Agreement and Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID during onboarding
• Complete education verification as part of onboarding requirements
• Comply with all credentialing, compliance, and onboarding documentation requirements
