Job Title: PTA
Location: Kent, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Kent, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the assigned setting
• Maintain an active PTA license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Complete required contract QA credentialing documentation
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the required setting/modality
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment booking
• Work day shift hours
• Meet a guaranteed 40-hour work week (GWW) billing requirement, with 32 hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Comply with facility dress code as provided during first-day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Complete any required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet prior to start
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Self-report any non-billable time accurately within the weekly billing cycle
