Job Title: PTA
Location: Renton, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Renton, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the designated setting
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Fulfill a 13 to 26-week assignment commitment
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week (standard)
• Complete required credentialing and contract QA documentation prior to start
• Complete any additional documentation required directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the PT/PTA setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Provide a minimum 30-day notice as required per contract terms
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Self-report any non-billable time as applicable
