Job Title: PT
Location: Henderson, Nevada
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 4-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Henderson, Nevada. These positions are 4-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license (no compact accepted for South Carolina positions)
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed work week during holiday weeks
• Work within required experience in designated setting/modality
• Follow all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Comply with facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Adhere to parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Be available for overtime as applicable (billed at 1.5x rate)
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
