Location: Buckeye, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (compact acceptable to start, but permanent license required promptly)
• Must hold permanent license for SC positions; compact license is not accepted for SC
• Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
• Candidates with previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than one year prior to submission date must be verified for rehire eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain active licensure for the applicable state
• Have relevant experience in the required setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines provided during first-day orientation
• Comply with parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
