Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Portland, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent state licensure promptly if starting with compact license
• Must have experience in the relevant clinical setting
• Maintain an active state license throughout the assignment
• Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Adhere to day shift schedule and hours as assigned
• Follow facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Provide a minimum 30-day notice as required
• Adhere to overtime policies, with overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements
• Candidates with prior work history at the facility may be subject to rehire eligibility review before placement
