Job Title: PHARM
Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $72 – $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in a hospital setting
• Work evening shifts as part of the scheduled rotation
• Work weekend shifts as part of the scheduled rotation
• Ensure accurate dispensing and management of medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient medication therapy
• Comply with all pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain valid pharmacist licensure and required certifications
• Provide supervisory references covering comparable specialty/setting experience
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
