Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $72 – $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Viroqua, Wisconsin. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients within a rural health clinic setting and an inpatient setting
• Perform skilled evaluations to assess patient needs and functional abilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s recovery goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in all patient interactions
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs
• Maintain current Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Work clinic hours between 6:30 am and 5:15 pm, depending on need
