Job Title: MED-SURG
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $56 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a MED-SURG:
• Work shift hours of 1845-0715 with 36 hours per week
• Work every other weekend with the ability to pick up extra shifts
• Maintain current Washington State license or Multi-State license with required verifications
• Complete approved 6-hour suicide training
• Provide verification of demographics from Nursys
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Maintain current NIHSS certification
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation (knowledge helpful but not required)
• Function as a team player and float to other departments in rotation
• Ensure all requested time off (RTO) is approved and added to the end of the contract
