Job Title: PHARM
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $75 – $81/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Provide pharmacy services as part of a specialized pharmacy team
• Optimize patient drug therapy through expert medication management
• Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure
• Apply previous hospital pharmacy experience in clinical decision-making
• Pass pre-employment/post offer drug screen as a condition of employment
