Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Beaverton, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with a compact license
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN work history more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA compliance
• Maintain active state licensure throughout assignment
• Demonstrate required experience in the applicable setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 40-hour guaranteed work week with overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• Follow a 30-day notice requirement at end of assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
