Location: Newport, Vermont
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Newport, Vermont. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Must have OASIS experience
• Must have Home Health experience
• Must have Hospice experience
• Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
• Must be able to manage and adjust to changes in schedule
• Utilize HealthWyse EMR system for documentation
• Provide outpatient care services
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Provide holiday coverage as needed
• Comply with background check requirements
