Job Title: PSYCH
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $60 – $65/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PSYCH for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PSYCH:
• Work 3-12 hour night shifts per week in an in-hospital residential treatment center serving adolescents ages 15-18
• Provide nursing care with a focus on adolescent addiction recovery and mental health needs
• Maintain current Colorado RN License (DORA)
• Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years RN work experience in Adolescent Psychiatric or Addiction settings
• Work rotating weekends as required
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including 12-hour night shifts
• Participate in recreation activities with adolescent clients
• Complete a fingerprint-based national criminal history check within the last 30 days as outlined by Human Services for Youth Mentoring Program
• Maintain current Flu Vaccine with no exemptions accepted
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• CAC Certification is a plus
