Location: Oakland, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $75 – $81/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Oakland, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Prioritize start of care visits
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete mandatory reporting of start of care visits by the next day
• Submit clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Maintain a valid CA Physical Therapist License
• Utilize Kinnser documentation system for clinical documentation
• Work a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month rotation
• Complete 3 full days of training, including one in-house day and two days in the field
• Meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Obtain pre-approval from the Clinical Supervisor for any overtime
• Expand territory coverage as needed
• Use issued equipment including iPad and Verizon One Talk for communication
