Location: Tukwila, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tukwila, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Work as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the assigned setting
• Maintain an active PT license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment with potential completion bonus eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Complete required credentialing and compliance documentation prior to start, including documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet
• Demonstrate experience in the applicable PT setting
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
