Job Title: RRT
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $64 – $69/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RRT for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a RRT:
• Provide Respiratory Care and Diagnostic Procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and all levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU
• Demonstrate excellent Critical Care and Ventilator skills
• Apply Neonatal and Pediatric experience, including Level 2 NICU care
• Work 12-hour night shifts with rotating call and weekends
• Maintain valid NBRC RRT certification (CRT not accepted)
• Hold and maintain a valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA)
• Maintain current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) certifications — all required
• Complete an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required by licensure
• Maintain a minimum of 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Comply with mandatory Flu Vaccination requirement (no declinations accepted) from October 1st through April 1st
• Submit required documentation including Skill Sheet, certifications, license, resume, NBRC RRT Certification, and proof of Flu Vaccine
• Comply with CAPS requirements as mandated by the state of Colorado
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
