Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on the day shift
• Maintain and provide valid license/certificate verification
• Complete and submit required skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide 2 professional references for submission
• Maintain current and valid immunization records including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete TB testing requirements
• Comply with health statement requirements
• Submit to required drug screening
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender registry checks
• Provide valid government-issued Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete education verification process
• Acknowledge and comply with confidentiality policies
• Sign and adhere to dispute resolution agreement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet and comply with all policies and procedures
• Comply with influenza vaccine requirements
• Complete confirmation of assignment and job description acknowledgment
