Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $83 – $90/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on day shifts
• Maintain current license/certificate verification as required for the role
• Complete required health screenings and immunization documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Submit a completed profile and professional references prior to start
• Pass required background screening including criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender search
• Complete education verification requirements
• Pass a required drug screen prior to onboarding
• Complete and submit a skills checklist as part of the submission process
• Review and acknowledge the confirmation of assignment and job description
• Sign and return required policy packet acknowledgement, dispute resolution agreement, and confidentiality documentation
• Provide a badge photo upon onboarding
• Complete ROI for MyChart documentation
• Ensure no active Do Not Rehire/Send (DNS) status on file
