Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on the night shift schedule
• Maintain and provide required health documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations
• Complete and submit a comprehensive skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide a minimum of 2 professional references for submission
• Maintain a valid license/certificate verification throughout the assignment
• Complete and submit a detailed professional profile prior to start
• Undergo and pass required background screening processes including criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender registry check
• Complete required drug screening prior to onboarding
• Maintain education verification documentation
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and sign acknowledgment of receipt
• Complete and sign dispute resolution agreement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet and adhere to all outlined policies and procedures
• Provide a valid government-issued Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete assignment/job description confirmation documentation
• Provide badge photo for identification purposes upon onboarding
