Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Maintain current credentials and certifications including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza Vaccine
• Complete and maintain a valid Health Statement
• Provide two professional references prior to submission
• Complete and submit a skills checklist as part of the submission process
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List screening
• Complete drug screening requirements
• Maintain valid license and certificate verification
• Complete and sign Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description
• Acknowledge receipt of Policy Packet
• Complete and sign Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Complete and sign Confidentiality of Receipt documentation
• Submit badge photo for identification purposes
• Complete ROI for MyChart documentation
• Comply with education verification requirements
• Adhere to all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
