Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Maintain current and valid licensure and certificate verification as required
• Maintain current BLS or required certifications
• Complete required skills checklist prior to submission
• Provide 2 professional references as part of the submission process
• Complete and maintain a comprehensive professional profile for submission
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender screening
• Complete required drug screening prior to onboarding
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID for onboarding
• Complete and submit required health documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Health Statement
• Comply with influenza vaccine requirements
• Complete and sign Confirmation of Assignment and Job Description acknowledgment
• Acknowledge receipt of Policy Packet and Confidentiality documentation
• Complete and sign Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Submit badge photo for identification purposes during onboarding
• Complete education verification as part of the onboarding process
• Comply with all applicable Do Not Rehire/Send (DNS) screening requirements
• Complete ROI for MyChart as required during onboarding
