Job Title: CLS
Location: Arcata, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CLS for a temporary assignment in Arcata, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CLS:
• Perform clinical laboratory scientist duties as a generalist with strong benchwork experience
• Work day shift schedules, which may be structured as 8-hour, four 10-hour, or three 12-hour shifts
• Maintain a current California CLS or MLS license
• Utilize the LIS system (Harvest) for laboratory documentation and data management
• Maintain TB clearance obtained within the past 12 months
• Adhere to all applicable laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing across multiple disciplines as a generalist
