Location: Deer Lodge, Montana
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Deer Lodge, Montana. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services on a 13-week contract basis
• Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Deliver patient care in accordance with physical therapy standards and best practices
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain current and valid state physical therapy licensure
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required
