Location: Graham, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Graham, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
• Maintain active license throughout assignment
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the required specialty setting
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday periods
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Comply with shift and hours requirements for day shift
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Follow overtime billing guidelines at 1.5 rate when applicable
• Complete contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
• Candidates with perm/PRN history at facility within the last year are not eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
