Job Title: PTA
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Beaverton, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with a compact license
• Must hold an active license for the applicable state (permanent license required; compact license not accepted for SC positions)
• Must have experience in the applicable setting/specialty
• Work day shift hours
• Work within a 40-hour guaranteed work week (GWW), with 32 hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Provide a minimum 30-day notice as required per contract terms
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year of separation has passed
• Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Meet all credentialing requirements as outlined in the contract QA process
• Use equipment as provided and outlined during the interview process
