Job Title: PTA
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Fairbanks, AK. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active license; WA and AK candidates are permitted to work on a Compact License
• Candidates with perm/PRN history at ATI within the last year are not eligible and should be redirected
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history more than one year prior must be reviewed for rehire eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Demonstrate experience in the required setting/modality
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as communicated during first day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Comply with overtime billing at 1.5 rate when applicable
