Job Title: PTA
Location: Yelm, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Yelm, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing patient care services
• Complete required credentialing documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the applicable clinical setting
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment duration
• Work a minimum guaranteed 40 bill hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (details provided on first day)
• Follow facility parking and on-site orientation procedures as communicated on first day
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Provide required references and work history documentation as part of the credentialing process
• Candidates with previous ATI perm/PRN work history within the last year are not eligible for submission
