Job Title: PTA
Location: Federal Way, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Federal Way, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the designated setting
• Maintain an active state license for the applicable state (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
• Adhere to a 13 to 26-week commitment for the assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week (standard)
• Demonstrate experience in the required practice setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Work day shift hours
• Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Provide a minimum 30-day notice as required
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
