Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Casa Grande, AZ. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (South Carolina requires permanent license only, no compact accepted)
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure start date aligns with license status at time of submission
• Include current license status in submission
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Demonstrate experience in applicable setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Adhere to dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Candidates with perm or PRN work history at facility within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year separation has been completed
• Candidates with previous traveler history at facility must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
