Job Title: PTA
Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Puyallup, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient setting
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Complete required credentialing and compliance documentation prior to assignment start
• Complete additional documentation directly outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment duration
• Work a guaranteed 40 hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a day shift schedule
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment
• Meet experience requirements relevant to the outpatient therapy setting
