Job Title: Admin
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 12-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Admin for a temporary assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. These positions are 12-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Admin:
• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients and families in a home-like care center setting
• Utilize strong clinical skills to deliver intensive medical end-of-life care
• Help patients identify their own personal goals of care
• Educate and support caregivers in caring for their family members with confidence
• Function as a generalist across all disease types while specializing in symptom management
• Apply excellence in assessment and critical thinking in all aspects of patient care
• Provide comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to patients and families
• Care for patients who can no longer remain at home but prefer to avoid hospitalization
• Work full-time with an on-call requirement of 2 shifts per month
• Complete a 3-day orientation (8am-5pm) prior to transitioning to night shift
