Job Title: Home Health
Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Schedule: 7:00AM – 3:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Home Health for a temporary assignment in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Home Health:
• Provide timely communication to physicians, families, and other relevant parties regarding significant changes in resident condition
• Complete all applicable resident assessments
• Administer medications while following the 5 Rights of medication administration
• Perform wound care and assessments as needed
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership
• Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and precise charting
• Hold and maintain a valid Registered Nursing license
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification
• Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all duties
• Perform other duties as requested
