Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $33 – $35/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Sterile Processing Tech:
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week (40 GWW)
• Maintain required certification as specified for the role
• Comply with health and immunization requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Provide a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Submit a completed professional profile prior to start
• Provide 2 professional references prior to submission
• Complete and pass required background screening including criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender search, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List review
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Complete and submit a skills checklist prior to submission
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and sign Confidentiality of Receipt documentation
• Sign and comply with the Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet
• Complete and sign Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description
• Provide badge photo upon onboarding
• Complete ROI for MyChart as required
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures as outlined in the unit assessment
