Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $33 – $35/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Sterile Processing Tech:
• Work 40 hours per week on the 11:00-19:30 shift
• Must hold and maintain required certification
• Comply with health and immunization requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Submit to and pass a criminal background check
• Submit to and pass a drug screen
• Provide 2 professional references prior to submission
• Complete and submit a skills checklist
• Complete and sign all required onboarding documentation including job description confirmation, policy packet acknowledgment, dispute resolution agreement, and confidentiality receipt
• Adhere to all compliance requirements including OIG Search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender registry checks
• Complete badge photo requirement upon onboarding
• Maintain an up-to-date health statement
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
