Location: Cody, Wyoming
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $60 – $65/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Cody, Wyoming. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services in primarily inpatient and home health settings
• Work day shifts
• Utilize multiple EMR systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro for documentation
• Conduct home health visits using provided facility vehicles
• Track and report mileage at the established rate when personal vehicle is used
• Adhere to the 100-mile radius rule regarding permanent address distance from facility
• Ensure all compliance documents are uploaded 5 business days prior to start date
• Maintain current and valid state licensure
• Start assignment on time as confirmed and scheduled
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
