Job Title: OT
Location: Salinas, California
Schedule: 4:00PM – 4:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Salinas, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Evaluate and treat SNF patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Maintain active CA OT License (or in process under 60 Day Rule)
• Utilize strong documentation and time-management skills
• Work a flexible schedule with preference for Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday
• Float to sister facility within walking distance as needed
• Demonstrate a flexible and collaborative mindset in a dynamic environment
