Location: Tacoma, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tacoma, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent state license upon start if beginning with compact license
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Possess relevant experience in the required setting/modality
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Work day shift hours
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Follow weekly billing cycle requirements
