Location: Puyallup, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Puyallup, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state licensure; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates with perm/PRN history within the last year are not eligible for submission
• Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility before submission
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment starting 10/26
• Work a minimum of 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Adhere to the applicable modality and credentialing requirements as outlined in the contract
• Meet QA requirements with demonstrated experience in the applicable setting
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Bill 40 guaranteed hours per week with overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed during the onboarding interview
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided on the first day of assignment
• Adhere to parking procedures as communicated on the first day of assignment
• Provide a minimum of 30 days notice as required per contract terms
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements
